Full-Time Receptionist/Administrator
(At our Mayo clinic, Roodepoort branch)
Key responsibilities:
. Excellent communication skills.
.Answer incoming phone calls and attending to emails timeous.
Schedule, confirm and reschedule patient appointments.
Liaising with medical aids.
Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure accurate, timely, and secure documentation of all record.
General admin functions.
Minimum Requirement
Admin/Receptionist experience. (experience in the medical field will be advantageous).
Matric-grade 12.
Computer literate,
Live in or around Roodepoort area.
Include contactable references.
Position Details:
Full-time, office-based role.
Mon-Thurs, 08:00-17:00 & Fri, 08:00-13:00.
