Apprenticeship program Successful applicants will benefit from a combination of theoretical classroom-based training and hands-on experiential learning under the supervision of qualified mentors and experienced artisans. This programme not only provides the technical foundation for your trade but also prepares you for long-term employability and career growth within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
We are currently recruiting apprentices in the following fields:
Electrician
Welder
Boilermaker
Programme Benefits
A structured 36-month apprenticeship contract designed in line with industry and SETA requirements. Exposure to state-of-the-art facilities and equipment relevant to each trade.
Continuous coaching and mentoring by experienced foremen and artisans.
Development of technical problem-solving skills, workplace discipline, and safety awareness.
Preparation for the National Trade Test, enabling candidates to qualify as certified artisans.
A pathway to career opportunities in mining, engineering, and manufacturing industries both locally and
internationally.
