Minimum Requirements For The Rola Group 2026 Apprentice Programme
To be considered for this apprenticeship, applicants must have:
· Grade 12 (Matric) with:
o Mathematics
o Physical Science
. Automotive Technology subject (advantageous but not essential)
. Strong technical aptitude and a passion for cars
. Good verbal communication skills (training is primarily in English)
. Strong time management and willingness to work under pressure
. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
. Must be young, vibrant, and teachable
Key Responsibilities
As an apprentice, you will:
. Assist qualified technicians with vehicle servicing and repairs
. Learn how to clock accurate time records on job cards
. Understand Repair Order Instructions before starting each task
. Learn to plan and identify parts needed for a job
. Attend and complete all prescribed technical training
